A large portion of our equipment is stored in wheeled flight cases. These flight cases are too heavy for one person to carry. If the Venue does not have disabled access then we will require an additional crew member to help with the load in/load out.

Does the venue allow the use of a Haze Machine?
I have a Haze Machine, this is different from a Fog Machine as it gradually & silently disperses a light cloud of haze around the room, this allows the beams of light to become visible & takes the light show to the next level, especially when it comes to the Spotlight first dance. It will still set off particle detector fire systems if they're really sensitive so can only be used if the fire system can be isolated or if the venue has a Heat Detector system installed.

Bridal Speech
Traditionally the men get their speech before the meal but the Bride doesn't get a chance to speak. This gives the Bride a chance to say a few short thanks to everyone before the end of the night. I would normally invite the Bride to do this during the last half hour of the evening reception.
